Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products (mystery/blind date bundles), all sales are final. Because the surprise element is part of the experience, we are unable to accept returns on opened bundles.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at theromantasyvault@gmail.com with a photo of the item, and we'll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
